We are happy to offer free international shipping to most countries around the world. However, due to ongoing customs issues, we have had to temporarily suspend shipments to the following destinations:

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 days in business days. Shipping time will depend on locations, availability of the item, and Local Jurisdiction Regulations. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If you didn’t receive your parcel item for a long, then please contact the shipping courier with your tracking code, and then further help you can contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.

In situations involving shipping delays, weekend or holiday restrictions, or high order volumes, we cannot be held liable for any resulting inconveniences or damages, including but not limited to missed deadlines, financial losses, or any other direct or indirect consequences.

In cases where the shipping courier makes a mistake or experiences issues during the delivery process, we are not liable for any resulting inconveniences or damages, including but not limited to missed deadlines, financial losses, or any other direct or indirect consequences. Customers are encouraged to work directly with the courier to resolve such issues.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

In some cases, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer’s location because of insufficient address. Buyers can contact a nearby post office or reach out to pick up their order.

We emphasize the critical importance of providing accurate address information during the ordering process. Inaccurate or incomplete address details may lead to delays, additional costs, or other issues, which we cannot be held liable for.

Please Note: The local distributor will deliver 1-3 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage in 3-7 days. Meanwhile, your clients need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to us. During the return, ROSPRO 2018 LTD takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES

We shall charge the shipping and delivery fees as mentioned below from you. Shipping charges may vary based on the order value of the Product that you have added to the cart. You agree that we are authorized to collect, on behalf of the Logistic Partner, the shipping and delivery fees for the delivery service provided by the Logistic Partner. In the event we charge a shipping fee for the delivery of a purchased Product, such shipping fees will be refunded proportionately by us pursuant to any return or cancellation of the Product. You acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all Products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon the delivery of the purchased Products to you.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING SAYS,Β β€œNO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respective carriers. It might remain β€œblank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But if your order was placed more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.Β  Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

ROSPRO 2018 LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. If you are ordering from the European Union, please be advised that we are required to collect and pay a 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) on your behalf for all orders shipped into your country. This tax is mandatory and must be paid to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of your order. Thank you for your understanding. All other fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. DAMAGES

ROSPRO 2018 LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We take utmost care in packaging and handling your orders to ensure they reach you in optimal condition. Products are packaged securely to protect against damage during transit.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within [specified timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of receiving the order. To assist us in addressing the issue, kindly provide clear photographs of the damaged product, as well as the packaging, and any other relevant details as requested by our support team.
