Right of Withdrawal Policy

Who this policy covers

This policy explains the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase for consumers in the European Union and, where equivalent mandatory rights apply, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

How to exercise your right

Before the 14-day period expires, send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may:

1. Email support@dirtytoyz.com with your name, order number, product(s) and a clear withdrawal request.
2. Use our optional online withdrawal form.
3. Wait for return instructions and approval before sending anything.

Using the form is not mandatory. Your request is on time if you send it before the withdrawal deadline.

When a product is eligible

Returning approved goods

After notifying us, return eligible goods without undue delay and, where applicable, within the following 14 days. Use a tracked service and keep proof of posting.

The customer pays the direct return cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal. DirtyToyz provides free outbound shipping, so there is no separate standard outbound shipping charge to reimburse.

Refunds after withdrawal

We refund eligible payments to the original payment method, without additional refund fees. Our usual processing time is 5–10 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected, and never later than the deadline required by applicable law.

Where the law permits, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

We may deduct an amount reflecting diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

A defect, shipping damage or incorrect item is not treated as a change-of-mind withdrawal. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos or video.

After review, we offer a replacement or refund. DirtyToyz covers the reasonable return cost when a return is required for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item. The hygiene-seal exception does not remove your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Customs refusal and non-delivery

Refusing a parcel, declining customs charges or failing to collect it does not by itself constitute a valid withdrawal statement. You must clearly notify us that you wish to withdraw. Any refund is assessed after the parcel is returned and inspected, subject to mandatory law and any non-recoverable costs.
