All the orders go through multiple quality check processes before they are delivered to you, so we ensure that the quality of the product being delivered to you is of the optimum standard.

Due to the intimate nature of the items, we sell, we are unable to return, or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Anal Toys, Beads, And Plugs
  • Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings, And Cock Sleeves, Grinders, Masturbators

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 3 hours regarding order cancellation or change.

Once the product is packaged and ready for shipping then you're not eligible to cancel it anymore.โ€™


We will be glad to exchange non-defective items that do not constitute a health risk for 14 days from the purchase date with a 20% re-stocking fee. Otherwise, the Exchange of the product(s) will be available only in case of manufacturing defect(s). The buyer is advised to make the video while opening the package and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery in case of a request for an exchange of the product. Exchange is not applicable for the wrong product ordered. You should promptly contact us atย with details of the product and the defect.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused.

  • Buyer must inform us withinย 72 hours of delivery in case of a defective product.
  • The video proof of opening the package is mandatory for exchange.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
