Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider your privacy rights and use personal data only when our interests are not overridden by your rights.

Cookies & analytics

DirtyToyz uses cookies and similar technologies to operate checkout, remember preferences, protect the store and understand website performance.

Where required, non-essential cookies are used only after consent. You can change your choices through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of checkout from working.

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregated website usage. Google Search Console provides search-performance and technical information about how the store appears in Google.

Who we share data with

We share only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

International transfers

DirtyToyz operates internationally. Shopify, technology providers, fulfilment partners and carriers may process information outside your country, including in China, the United States, Canada and other locations.

For example, the information needed to fulfil an order—such as the recipient’s name, address and contact details—is provided to fulfilment and delivery partners. Where data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on recognised mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections.

Email marketing

If you subscribe, create an account, begin checkout or otherwise provide a lawful marketing permission, we may send newsletters, offers, product updates and abandoned-cart reminders by email.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in a marketing email or contacting support@dirtytoyz.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order, payment, delivery, security or customer-service emails.

DirtyToyz does not currently send marketing SMS messages.

Automated security measures

We use automated tools to identify suspicious activity, reduce fraud and restrict access from countries or network locations we do not serve. These tools may consider IP address, approximate location and risk signals.

If you believe access or an order was restricted incorrectly, contact us and we will review the situation where appropriate.

How long we keep data

• handling guarantees, disputes, chargebacks and legal claims;

Security & age restriction

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

DirtyToyz is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old or the higher legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will appear on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the store or by email where appropriate.
